Prior to submitting the (warranty and post-warranty) claim notification, you are requested to read the Complaint Procedure. The Complaint Procedure consists of three steps:

  1. Download the claim form, fill it and send to the following e-mail address:
  2. Your electronic claim notification will be analysed and details will be clarified by phone (the appointed person from the service department will call you).
  3. When the problem is identified, we will e-mail confirmation of the claim form receipt and any other information related to this procedure. At this stage we will also evaluate the maintenance service.
