Prior to submitting the (warranty and post-warranty) claim notification, you are requested to read the Complaint Procedure. The Complaint Procedure consists of three steps:
- Download the claim form, fill it and send to the following e-mail address: email@example.com
- Your electronic claim notification will be analysed and details will be clarified by phone (the appointed person from the service department will call you).
- When the problem is identified, we will e-mail confirmation of the claim form receipt and any other information related to this procedure. At this stage we will also evaluate the maintenance service.
